OPT-IN PERMISSIONS (In the Night)
Aziraphale has a couple special abilities due to being an angel. Here are some that might affect your character, and a blanket opt-in for reference would be appreciated!
PASSIVE
Aziraphale can feel love. If you love someone or a place or a thing, he will be able to detect it. He cannot detect the direction or flow, so he will not be able to detect that your character is the source (unless you're in some sort of position where it's the only thing that logically follows.) If you do not want him to detect this, he will just assume that either it is coming from somewhere else, or that it is his own, since he is an angel and has a passive threshold of love for all things.
PERSUASION
This is his preferred method to resolve a conflict, though he won't use it unless he feels that either he, someone else, or his books (!!!) are being physically threatened. Very calmly, he will point out the injustice in the situation, and suggest that wouldn't your character rather do something else like go give validation and affirmations to someone they love? which will result in a supernaturally strong want to do so. If you do not want this to work, the persuasion can just "fail", but please let me know if you would like for this to come up somehow. Since this is predicated on a person's base desire to do good, this does not work on purely evil characters or those lacking moral compass.
BLESSINGS
Blessings are a general bolster, and we don't really actually get to see what they do, but I am going to treat them like a mood changer, making the person generally more open to or accepting of seeing good in a person or situation, or finding that things not going their way aren't so bad after all. Blessings are not permanent. If you want this to fail, we can just say that the blessing given wasn't strong enough for the situation.
MIRACLES
Miracles are more tangible but far-reaching, is basically just reality-bending, and are really just a catch-all for probability manipulation and transformation. For this permissions post in particular, I would only really like to cover miracles in the form of miraculous escaping of a situation, or for anything on your character. For instance their clothes are suddenly clean, there's something in their pocket, or they got through to customer service in less than ten minutes! Since this is such a vague and expansive category, I'll probably just ask you ad-hoc if something is okay (and since Aziraphale got in trouble for excessive miracles in the 1700s and nobody's watching him anymore, this might come up a lot.)
HEALING
Healing technically goes under miracles but in ITN his healing works differently. His healing will only be able to speed up natural healing by 2x what it would take to naturally heal, and he cannot heal lethal injuries, lantern-related things, or resurrect the dead. Since injury is a large mechanic of the game I will ask before healing your character anyway!
POSESSION
Technically, Aziraphale can possess a character. Both characters will be sharing a mind and body but not a soul. He vastly prefers being in his own body, so he will not do this unless he has no body.
OTHER MANIPULATIONS
Other manipulations that he is shown to be able to do is give someone good dreams. He thinks he should be able to banish someone, but it won't work due to teleportation. There's probably other things I'm forgetting, and they'll go here!

Feel free to elaborate on yes or no, particularly if you feel more strongly about certain powers in one category vs another. Also feel free to also suggest or request certain powers!

Passive: Yes!
Persuasion: Yes, but I would say after the first time it might be situational? Witches have a similar power and they're shown to be more or less aware of when someone's influencing them, so there would probably be Sufficiently Enraged situations where she'd fight it.
Blessings: Yes!
Miracles: Yes!
Healing: Yes!!! What happens when angel-heal and witch-heal!!! Who knows!
Possession: Yes! (But she will Definitely Know and why, Aziraphale, c'mon)

Passive: A-OK
Persuasion: She won't like it if it happens. She really wants to do good (I mean, she died trying to save the entire world) so he might not ever have to try.
Blessings: She'd be a little unsure about it! She doesn't like being manipulated. Maybe if/when they get to know each other.
Miracles: A-OK - she's met her canon's angel and is used to that.
Healing: Also A-OK.
Posession: I don't think she'd ever be okay with this. She's very independent and doesn't like the idea of anyone in her head.
Other: It probably depends!! We will plot if it ever comes up.

Passive: Sure, though there's not a lot of love to be found right now, sadly.
Persuasion: Gonna have to be a hard pass on this one. We can say after 70 years of being gaslit and brainwashed he has a resistance? Or that his moral compass is so thoroughly fucked that it doesn't work right on him.
Blessings: Case-by-case basis on this please.
Miracles: Go for it. Make him random food items or turn his knives to rubber ducks or whatever.
Healing: Also good to go, and he heals about 2x normal anyway, so it'll be super effective!
Posession: One of the few mind-control-ish situations I'm cool with. If Aziraphale needs a body, he has blanket permission to possess Buck. Bucky might even just invite him in because Az is his tech.
Other: Cleaning up his dreams now and then will be marvelous. He's gonna need it if he wants any sleep at all for a while, once he starts dreaming regularly again.

Passive: hell yeah that sounds great
Persuasion: Sure, but he will definitely Notice and Ask Piercing Questions and not appreciate it much at all.

Possession: Kakyoin is sensitive about this so unless Aziraphale wants to ask nicely beforehand, nah. Asking helps.
Other: He's sensitive about dreams too?? Even good ones, but do this anyway, for sure.

Passive: Eleven loves a boy from her home, feel free to detect that love :)
Persuasion: Eleven is easily manipulated even without powers, so this would work. She would be exceptionally unhappy with him if she found out though
Blessings: Yes, but she might be a little wary of him if she's aware of this happening
Miracles: Sounds good, and I trust your case-by-case instinct on this :)
Healing: Heal away, buddy!
Posession: If you're familiar with stranger things, this could have interesting overlap with Eleven's Void mindspace. I don't think she could prevent it - but oh she would not appreciate it. At all.
Other: Generally good, though again: I trust your case-by-case instinct here :)

Passive: Yes! Elena is pretty generally full of love, it's what drives her.
Persuasion: Yes, because Elena is someone who always tries to do good things, but it may fail or she may notice that it's happening and call him out on it because she has her own similar ability.
Blessings: Case-by-case on this because Elena is frequently noted in canon to be the person to see the good in others. The different impression of a bad situation might be handy though.
Miracles: Yes!!
Healing: He can try, but Elena's healing is already sped up!
Possession: OOC yes, IC Elena would have a not great reaction to it because of her evil doppelganger taking over her body and none of her loved ones realizing.
Other: Dreams, yes! Other things, maybe yes?

Passive: Yes. Though what is more likely to happen is that Aziraphale might not sense any love while Masaomi verbally heaps it on someone. Anytime he talks about his ex-girlfriend Saki Mikajima, Anri Sonohara, or Mikado Ryuugamine, it'll be very real though.
Persuasion: Go for it. Sounds funny, honestly.
Blessings: Sure.
Miracles: Yesss.
Healing: Absolutely.

Passive: Link loves his home world... So much so that it's one aspect of what keeps him reincarnating to save it.
Persuasion: Go for it. It might be difficult depending on Link's mental state at the time, but it should usually work. Note that his will may feel abnormally strong.
Blessings: Despite being cranky at times, Link usually does try to see the best in people so this may not be necessary, usually. But Az is welcome to try!
Miracles: Go for it.
Healing: Go for it.
Posession: If Aziraphale needed a body Link is the sort who would invite him in, but his soul is big and ancient so on a spiritual level it may feel a bit cramped.
Other: Dream manipulation? Go for it. He tends to have night terrors so he would probably enjoy some peaceful sleep. If you have any questions about weird Zelda nonsense regarding souls just ping me, I'll try to let you know if anything comes up in play too.
